Zambian Mineral Development and Management Training Delegation Visits NMS

On June 20th, the leadership delegation from the Zambian Mineral Development and Management Training Delegation visited Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) for an exchange and inspection. The delegation was warmly received by Sun Jidong, General Manager of NMS’s Overseas Marketing Department, and other NMS representatives.

During the meeting, Lu Bo, Manager of the Sales Support Department at NMS, gave a comprehensive and detailed introduction to the delegation attendees. His presentation covered key topics such as the company’s overview, strategic layout, achievements, and benchmark projects. The delegation members gained a clearer understanding of NMS’s development history, business scope, and industry position.

Following the presentation, an engaging Q&A session took place. The delegation members actively asked questions regarding topics such as branch office establishment, after-sales service, staff training, and quality control. Sun Jidong and Hu Binggeng, Sales Manager for the Africa and Central Asia Region at NMS, provided detailed answers to these inquiries.

Sun Jidong introduced NMS’s significant progress in the African market, highlighting that the company has already established subsidiaries in South Africa and Zimbabwe, along with storage bases covering Central and Southern Africa. Additionally, NMS is in the process of setting up a subsidiary and storage service center in Zambia. These initiatives demonstrate NMS’s commitment to and determination to deepen its presence in the African market.

Regarding after-sales service, NMS has stationed permanent service personnel in Africa to ensure timely responses to customer needs. From equipment installation, commissioning, and trial operation to production launch, NMS’s after-sales service team is involved throughout the entire process, offering personalized and group training to help customers quickly learn how to operate the equipment and ensure smooth production line operations. This comprehensive, one-stop service alleviates customers’ concerns.

Quality control is the lifeline of any company, and NMS understands its importance. The company has a complete quality control system and implements lean quality management. From raw material procurement to manufacturing and final product shipment, NMS sets up multiple inspection processes to ensure that every product meets high-quality standards. Sun Jidong also mentioned that NMS has successfully completed several cooperative projects in Zambia and looks forward to expanding collaboration with Zambia in more fields to achieve mutual benefit and common development.

After the meeting, the delegation members visited NMS’s showroom, intelligent operation and maintenance center, production workshop, and laboratory. The site visit allowed the participants to gain a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of NMS’s R&D capabilities, production processes, and intelligent management systems, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties.
