From October 23 to 25, the 27th China Mining Conference & Exhibition 2025 was successfully held at the Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center in Tianjin. During the exhibition, the AR-based intelligent O&M interactive system launched by NMS attracted significant attention. The system integrates two core modules — smart inspection glasses and AR-based equipment disassembly and assembly training. The smart inspection glasses feature a lightweight industrial design, perfectly compatible with standard safety helmets. They support full voice-interaction operation, assist inspection personnel in real-time data collection and image recording, and automatically generate standardized reports synchronized to the cloud, significantly improving operational efficiency and data traceability. The glasses are also equipped with a first-person remote collaboration function, enabling real-time video connection and remote annotation between on-site personnel and back-end experts, effectively improving troubleshooting efficiency.

Another important part of this AR interactive system — the AR equipment disassembly and assembly training module — integrates virtual equipment models with real-world scenes through augmented reality technology(AR), guiding trainees step by step to master assembly procedures, effectively reducing training costs and improving the precision of skill transfer.

3D SCADA Production Line Visualization System: Supporting Smart Mine Management

The 3D SCADA production line visualization system displayed at the same time is an important component of NMS’s intelligent development strategy and has been successfully applied in multiple mining projects.

The system reconstructs the operating status of the production line in a 3D scene, integrating key parameters such as equipment operation data, vibration monitoring, and oil analysis, realizing full-process perception and intelligent analysis of production operations. It helps users achieve predictive maintenance, performance optimization, and refined spare parts management, providing strong support for the construction of intelligent mines.

High-End Equipment Manufacturing: Wear-Resistant Parts Ensure Stable Equipment Operation

In the field of high-end equipment manufacturing, NMS displayed its independently developed series of high-performance wear-resistant components, including wear liners, screen panels, and other key parts.These core components are manufactured at the NMS High-Performance Intelligent Crusher Key Component Industrialization Project — the Jiangxi Gold Intelligent Service Engineering Co., Ltd. (GIS) Casting Center.Adopting special materials and advanced processes, the components feature excellent wear resistance and long service life.This manufacturing base is not only an important guarantee for NMS to achieve independent production of high-quality wear-resistant products, but also a key pillar for the company’s strategic transformation from traditional “manufacturing” to “manufacturing + service,” providing full-chain support for the efficient and stable operation of mining equipment.
