NMS Signs 10-Year Operations Service Deal Worth ~RMB 3 Billion

Recently, Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (NMS) formally signed the Equipment Procurement and Production Operations Contract for the 4.6 Mtpa Lanxian Weiye Beneficiation Project with Lanxian Weiye Mineral Processing Co., Ltd. (Weiye).Under the contract, NMS will supply the core iron ore processing equipment and assume responsibility for the full-scope production operations of the beneficiation plant. The total service fees over the 10-year operating period are estimated at approximately RMB 3 billion.

The project is designed with an annual ore processing capacity of 4.6 million tonnes. Weiye will be responsible for the construction of the beneficiation plant, tailings storage facility, and related infrastructure. Upon completion, acceptance, and readiness for normal production, the operating rights of the beneficiation plant will be transferred to NMS. NMS will then take full responsibility for the beneficiation production process (excluding tailings storage operations), extending its role from equipment supply to long-term production management.

These capabilities have been successfully applied across multiple mining projects at home and abroad, enabling NMS to deliver one-stop services spanning process design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning, production operations, and spare parts support, thus accumulating profound experience in the integration of manufacturing and services. The signing of this contract represents another major breakthrough for NMS in the mining production operations service market, marking a critical step forward in industrial chain extension and business model innovation.
